The logo design process typically began with client consultation to understand their brand, values, and target audience. Initial ideas were often explored through sketching before moving to digital creation in Adobe Illustrator for vector scalability. Multiple concepts were usually presented, followed by iterative refinement based on client feedback.
These logos represent various brands, some requiring creation from a simple idea, while others involved refining existing concepts or working under specific client direction.
My role was visual designer and brand consultant, translating business needs into unique and memorable visual marks.
Translating abstract brand concepts into compelling visual forms is a core challenge. Balancing client preferences (e.g., insistence on both a wordmark and a symbol, or combining elements from different concepts) with design principles for effectiveness and versatility required careful communication and exploration. Ensuring the final logo worked across various sizes and applications (web, print, etc.) was paramount as well as considertations of having a responsive logo for use in different mediums.
Successfully created strong, distinct logos and visual identities for multiple clients. The examples demonstrate how strategic use of shapes, typography, and color can lead to impactful and memorable brand marks, effectively meeting diverse client requirements.
